Welcome Home!  We have space available for long term residents in limited supply but we’d love to accommodate you.

For Month to Month residents, we require a simple application as well as the $100 deposit for your electricity. We have all prime sites available year round our monthly rental rate of $600 plus your actual power bill, depending on availability. 

Summer rates for these sites are $750 from June 1st to September 30th. If you are looking for an ocean beach rv park, we’re only 15 minutes away but if you’re looking for a Tillamook Rv Park, come to Pleasant Valley, 6 miles south of Tillamook on Highway 101. We have the space you’re looking for.
